Tis the Season

"Blessed is the season which engages the whole world in a conspiracy of love." -Hamilton Wright Mabie (1846-1916)

This was a nostalgic week. Connecting and reconnecting with kindred spirits  all over the world. I am so blessed, so fortunate to have these people in my life. They are like family. From all walks of life. All corners of the earth to mine. Each Christmas/Advent  just gets better, in more ways than one. Through good years and  challenging years, and those years in between......tis the season.
"Where there is no hope there is Christmas. Where there is no Christmas, there is no hope." -Craig D. Lounsbrough
"There is the wonder of Christmas, that in a solitary form of an impoverished infant God has handed me everything that I could NEVER create , so that I can BE everything that I could never be." -Craig D. Lounsbrough ( author of "Flecks of Gold on a Path of Stone")

"Christmas teaches us to be loving, kind, giving and forgiving, and appreciating." -Debashish Mridha

"Let the life of one so dear be celebrated and embraced. With each passing day." -Eleesha (The soulful pathway to Christmas.Soulfully inspiring you  in the days leading up to Christmas and beyond)

"Be a candle of light, in someone's life this season..." -Lailah Gifty Akita (Pearls of Wisdom)

"Happy, happy Christmas, that brings us back to the delusions of our childish days. Thousands of miles away, back to your own fire side and quiet home." -Charles Dickens (1812-1870)

"Christmas was  ingenious plan designed by God to lay siege to the hearts of all men,for eternity, where raw power  might win them only for a moment, if at all." -Craig D. Lounsbrough

"You wanted a peaceful, comfortable Christmas, with all reminders of poverty, injustice, or other people's griefs well out of sight, so as not to disturb your pleasure. That isn't what Christmas is about.  Christmas is about offering hope to all people,  not just about ourselves.Rich or poor, friend or stranger." -Anne Perry (1938- ) author

"At this Advent, will He find a warm heart? Mark the season by  loving and serving others with love and concern."
                                                -Mother Teresa (1910-1997)
